You as a Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator will:
Be responsible for site specific safety orientation, job site inspections and accident/incident reportsMonitor employees and subcontractors on site to ensure compliance to safety procedures and escalate issues to resolutionProactively identify and prevent hazardous situations and take necessary measures to correct themOrganize and conduct training programs including but not limited to: WHMIS, Fall Protection, Personal Protection Equipment, CPR/First AidCreate, maintain, and educate all site staff on maintaining a safety first cultureReview subcontractors’ pre‑construction safety submittals.Review and file subcontractors’ weekly safety documentation.Effectively compile weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly project health and safety statistics Is this the right role for...
