Health & Safety Manager - Industrial Construction Projects

Full‑time position.

Providing health and safety guidance to the project team and ensuring compliance with Mexican health and safety regulations and all client requirements. The health and safety manager will produce, review and approve HSE plans in accordance with both legal and client requirements, review and assure legal compliance topics such as risk assessments, local authority audits and claims, site safety inspections, safety committees, incident investigations, and lead all HSE teams.

• Plan and develop strategic work systems around HS&E guidelines, recommending suitable processes aligned with client’s and regulatory standards for construction projects.
• Support existing site safety team to keep reporting regimes in place for Health and Safety statistics.
