Providing health and safety guidance to the project team and making sure that the project is delivered in accordance with Mexican health and safety regulations, as well as meeting all client requirements in this field. The health and safety manager will need to produce, review and approve HSE plans in accordance with both legal and client requirements and be able to review and assure legal compliance topics, such as: risk assessments, legal audit & claims from local authorities regarding site safety labor inspections, safety committees work streams, contingencies determination and work job position adaptations, incident investigations in the project, leading all HSE teams.
- Plan and develop strategic work systems around HS&E guidelines, e.g.: recommending suitable processes aligned with client’s and regulatory standards for construction projects.
