In this role, you'll be the backbone of our credentialing and compliance operations — ensuring our aides and therapists remain fully documented, current, and audit-ready at all times. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required for this position.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, medical clearances, physicals, I-9s, and other required personnel documents
- Follow up with aides and therapists on outstanding or expiring documentation — keeping staff accountable and records complete
