Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resource Manager to join our global Resource Management team. This role will primarily support the Americas by resourcing diverse customer engagements, ensuring accurate, skills‑based strategic workforce planning, and improving overall processes using modern PSA tooling. The role will also be responsible for general Professional Services Operations functions, centering around driving change and adapting operational processes in response to shifting business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure prompt, efficient and optimal staffing using Certinia PSA.
