Land Development and Residential Real Estate Law Clerk (18-Month Contract) – Part Time – Barrie, Ontario

We are seeking a Law Clerk for our Barrie office. You will be accountable for:
- Oversight of all file correspondence and discussions with clients and municipalities.
- Preparation of standard legal documents for real estate transactions and land development documents for subdivision developments, severances, and land development matters.
- Preparation and review of Agreements of Purchase and Sale and Conservation Easement Agreements.
