1. Job Summary
The Horticulturist is responsible for planning, developing, and maintaining landscape and horticulture areas. The role focuses on the upkeep of gardens, lawns, trees, nurseries, and green belts to ensure a healthy and aesthetic environment across the site or facility.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Landscape Development & Maintenance
Plan, design, and implement landscaping projects.
Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, and indoor/outdoor plants.
Oversee regular activities like mowing, pruning, weeding, trimming, watering, mulching, etc.
Ensure seasonal plantation and flower bed preparation.
B. Horticulture Operations
Manage plant nurseries, sapling production, and plantation drives.
Recommend appropriate plants based on soil type, climate, and site conditions.<...
