  The Continuing Education Department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR to teach the course of PRESENTATION OF THE OFFER TO PURCHASE (221-011-LA)

The goal of this course is to prepare the students to present documents to the concerned persons within the context of a promise to purchase, lease or exchange of a residential property. Moreover, the student will learn how to inform the customer about mortgage credit ad how to direct the client towards appropriate resources. The student will also learn to negotiate a residential real estate transaction and ensure its follow-up. These exercises will further develop the student’s ability to draft a promise to purchase, lease or exchange of a residential property.
