What You'll Do

• Develop End-to-End AI Solutions: Design, build, and monitor Machine Learning models and automated agents to streamline multi‑step HR processes.
• Optimize HR Workflows: Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify priority processes.
• Govern AI Safety and Compliance: Ensure the responsible deployment of all systems by performing rigorous model validation, maintaining strict data governance, and mitigating risk or bias in automated decisions.
• Connection with IT: Liaise with IT to drive broader HR solutions within our current tech stack.
