HR Business Partner (50-60%) - Switzerland

We are looking for our new HR BP (50-60%) based at our Headquarters in Vernier, Geneva, for the 1st of June 2026 or as soon as possible.

As a member of the Global HR team, you will be the Human Resources Business Partner for our HQ based in Vernier as well as our innovation operations in Marly (Fribourg) totaling 40+ employees. In your role youll be accountable for the people & organizational plan, the employee life cycle and overseeing the HR Operations, including payroll.
