Work Mode: Onsite_**Location**:Juárez, Nuevo León**Work Mode**:Onsite**BASIC FUNCTION**Under the direct management of the SR Human Resource Manager, Plants, is responsible for the development and implementation of Human Resources processes in the Plant, and at the same time assist in the same way for the whole operation.
**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**1.
Develop strong relationships with associates and Union leadership by spending time on the manufacturing floor, working with managers, general supervisors, supervisors and developing a strong communications strategy.2.
Focus on retention, development, and succession of the operational workforce.3.
Critical action and execute cost-effective and timely development plans that result in improvement of the strength of the organizational operation work force.4.
Must be able to advise members on interpersonal relationships, career plans, development plans and corrective actions.5.
