Job Description
Mission:Coordinate compensation operations across divisions, ensuring timely and accurate cycle execution and consistent policy application. Serve as the tactical point of contact for HRBPs, Finance, and Business Leaders.
Orchestrate merit, bonus, and incentive cycles (calendars, eligibility, data loads, validations, communications).
Maintain governance artifacts (policies, SOPs, approval matrices) ensuring audit readiness.
Oversee job catalog integrity and leveling consistency across divisions.
Monitor market competitiveness, supporting salary structure refresh and deployment.
Manage exception processes (justification intake, documentation, routing) and provide decision‑ready summaries.
Train HRBPs, managers, employees, and direct reports on compensation tools, policies, and cycle best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
