HR Consultant (Paine)

Overview

We are currently seeking an HR Consultant to join our team.

The main purpose of this position is to provide Human Resources advice to the business, act as a core value advocate, participate in strategic business meetings to identify people implications, and adapt to changing business/function needs when needed.

Position Highlights

This role involves planning, developing, and coordinating HR initiatives to support strategic business goals. It serves as a strategic business partner, providing services related to employee and labor relations, and acts as a liaison between management and employees.

• Provides coaching for people leaders and employees and offers support on managing complex cases (e.g., performance, health, and exit).
