Job Description

**Position Summary**

Fantastic opportunity for an **HR Coordinator** to join the Corporate HR team at Nestlé Headquarters in Rhodes, Sydney on a **6-month contract** . As a HR Coordinator you will act as the ‘face’ of HR and be part of a shared services team of experienced HR Advisors and HR Specialists. This permanent full-time role provides advice and support to HR colleagues, Managers and Employees across the full Employee Life Cycle and Talent Management cycles.

**A day in the life…**

Reporting to the Head of HR Services, key responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

+ Providing high quality advice and customer service to staff at all levels on HR policies, processes and services for AU, NZ & Pacific Island Markets.
+ Generating employment contracts, letters, and documentation for all aspects of the employee life cycle.
