We are currently partnering with a U.S.-based company that is looking for an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative processes, HR operations, and basic IT coordination. This is an offshore contractor role designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured processes while collaborating closely with U.S.-based leadership and external vendors.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes using established checklists

  • Maintain employee and contractor records, including internal directories and org charts

  • Assist with basic employee inquiries and route questions to the appropriate contacts

  • Track key employee data such as start dates, terminations, and role changes
