We are currently partnering with a U.S.-based company that is looking for an HR Coordinator to support day-to-day administrative processes, HR operations, and basic IT coordination. This is an offshore contractor role designed for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within structured processes while collaborating closely with U.S.-based leadership and external vendors.
What You Will Do
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes using established checklists
Maintain employee and contractor records, including internal directories and org charts
Assist with basic employee inquiries and route questions to the appropriate contacts
Track key employee data such as start dates, terminations, and role changes
