Overview

The HRBP Generalist II will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP Generalist I maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition. While this role does not directly supervise a staff, this position serves as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department, as well as partnering with business units to advise and coach. Reporting to the Plant HR Leader, this role is designed for a HR professional who excels at balancing data-driven analytics with empathetic employee relations.
