HR IT Recruiter (Bogotá)

We’re looking for a dynamic HR professional who loves people AND tech! This role combines HR operations with IT recruitment to deliver an exceptional employee experience while attracting top talent in Colombia.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go‑to HR partner for onboarding, benefits, and compliance.
• Drive end-to-end IT recruitment for roles like developers, DevOps, and analysts.
• Partner with integral teams on engagement, retention, and culture.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws while supporting integral HR initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in IT recruitment & HR operations (preferably in tech/multinational).
• Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws & IT talent market.
• Fluent English (Portuguese is a plus!).
• Experience with ATS (SmartRecruiters preferred).
