Job Overview
The HR Specialist – Labor Relations is the central point of contact for all HR topics related to labor relations not covered by Shared Services within their area of responsibility, supporting both managers and employees. By providing expert guidance, the specialist builds trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, manages employee relations matters, develops solutions, and ensures legal compliance, fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategic initiatives aligned with business strategy (e.g., strategic workforce planning, HR transformation).
- Guide employees and supervisors on HR matters, directing them to appropriate contacts and promoting the full portfolio of HR services.
