Responsibilities
Develop, implement and maintain group-wide human resources strategies with focus on compensation and benefit management including:
Short-term and long-term incentive schemes design and review
Executive pay management mechanism design and review
Annual bonus allocation & pay review
Job evaluation & market benchmarking
Maintenance of C&B policies & staff wellness programs
Global mobility planning & implementation
Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
Degree Holder in Human Resources Management, Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics & Mathematics or relevant discipline
