Hr Manager – Employee Relations & Hr Business Partner (Girardot)

Description We are looking for an HR professional to join the team in Bogotá, Colombia. This position is primarily focused on Employee Relations (approximately 80%) with an additional HR Business Partner / HR BAM scope for the Finance organization (20% or less). This role will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related case management, with a strong emphasis on interpreting and applying internal policies, supporting decision-making, and ensuring alignment with company principles and guidelines. The idóneo candidate will bring solid experience in Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations, along with the ability to partner effectively with HR stakeholders and provide disciplined, proactive support in a fast-paced environment.
