Job Description

HR Operations & Shared Services Responsibilities:

· Work as HR Ops Administrator in Shared Services HR operations, supporting global HR data processes and transactions


· Maintain data accuracy and integrity within UKG systems


· Work on HR tickets and workflow requests through ServiceNow (HRSD)


· Support employee lifecycle transactions including hires, changes, and terminations in HRIS


· Participate in data audits, reporting validation, and correction activities


· Ensure adherence to global data standards for coding in UKG during hiring process


· Support bulk data updates through HRIS import tools where required


· Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Finance, and local HR teams to resolve data discrepancies


· Provide analytical support by identifying data trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities
