HR Talent Coordinator/ HR Administrator with experience SuccessFactors experience supporting pre-onboarding activities for to hiring leaders 

This role is 5 days in office in Calgary.

Must have:

  • 2+ years of experience as a HR Administrator or coordinator with understanding of the full lifecycle of recruitment
  • Strong Administrative experience with strong attention to detail
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong experience with HRIS systems preferrable SuccessFactors or Workday
  • Nice to have:

  • Experience with event coordination an asset
  • What you will do:

  • Become a master of the SuccessFactors Onboarding Module to effectively provide support and training for hiring managers, responsible persons, or new hires to help understand their role in the onboarding process
