Job Summary
The Human Resources Analyst (Talent & Development) will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent management and development programs at AIRBUS HELICOPTERS MEXICO, S.A. de C.V. This role focuses on optimizing employee potential and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules for various levels of employees.
Support the performance management cycle, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback processes.
Contribute to the identification of training needs through skill gap analysis and organizational assessments.
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and other talent development platforms.
