Job Description

Tasks

  • Act as a strategic partner for assigned leadership teams, understanding business issues and proposing HR solutions aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Train, coach, and advise clients on topics such as HR best practices, succession planning, engagement, onboarding, and retention.
  • Participate in identifying HR strategic initiatives in support of the organizational strategic plan, and translate business issues into concrete and measurable HR interventions.
  • Support managers in change management, solving complex problems, and HR decision-making.
  • Manage labor relations files and collaborate with union representatives to maintain harmonious labor relations.
  • Ensure the development, continuous improvement, and application of HR processes and practices, while keeping an eye on the market’s HR best practices.
