Human Resources Business Partner - RRCR

Position Summary:

Under the general direction of the Director, Human Resources, the Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for supporting the Site’s Operational Departments with a focus on team member relations, leave and disability management, occupational health and safety, labor relations and team member onboarding. In this role, they will also support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources team with respect to fielding team member enquiries and fulfilling compliance requirements. The Human Resources Business Partner ensures adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures, motivates others, leads by example and supports Great Canadian’s learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.
