What you'll be doing:

Lead, execute & participate in the full recruitment cycle and create strategies to support staffing needs

Develop relationships & liaison with community partners, participating in job fairs and networking events

Work closely with department managers to understand current and future departmental staffing requirements and provide reporting on a weekly, monthly basis

Assist with Labour Turnover Report and Exit Interviews upon voluntary departures
