Human Resources Generalist

Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and implementation of policy. • Recruiting & Staffing: Participation in the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding experience for new hires and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on organizational improvement.
