Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources (HR) Services partners with Insulet’s HR organization to manage and administer programs, processes, and technologies essential to fulfilling personal and on‑the‑job needs of employees and managers. This role serves as the primary HR point of contact (POC) for the site, providing customer service to candidates, hiring managers, human resources business partners, recruiters, and other employees throughout all levels of the organization. It is responsible for supporting the entire life cycle of an employee from hire to retire by refining and executing processes that will impact the employee experience, such as talent acquisition, onboarding, benefits administration, change requests and off‑boarding. The role partners with Facilities/EHS/IT to enable a safe, compliant, and well‑run site, and escalates complex ER or policy matters to the ER COE per the agreed governance mode.
