Vela Fi is looking for an HR Business Partner to support our growing LATAM team during a key stage of regional expansion. This role will partner closely with managers and employees across the region to strengthen organizational effectiveness, support talent initiatives, and help scale people's processes in a fast-paced international environment. The ideal candidate combines strong business partnership skills with operational execution and is comfortable working across performance management, organizational structure, compensation analysis, employee engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, and people operations. This role will work collaboratively with the HR Manager LATAM and cross-functional leadership teams to help improve employee experience, organizational clarity, and long-term team scalability.
