We are seeking to hire an immigration litigation clerk with at least three years of relevant Canadian experience. The primary focus will be on assisting with judicial reviews, with some refugee and H&C files alongside; processing experience is an asset. We are looking for someone personable, committed to excellence, and comfortable with a volume-driven practice.
