Job Description
We run two inbound-driven brands:
- ReactSquad: We place vetted senior React engineers into startups.
- SocialKit: A LinkedIn-first product that helps B2B companies grow through employee advocacy.
We are 100% inbound-driven. You won’t be grinding through cold call lists.
Instead, you will be the face of the brands in communities, on LinkedIn, and during high-intent discovery calls.
This is a trust-based, soft-sales role. You are here to help people solve problems, not to close them at any cost.
Tasks
What you’ll do
- ReactSquad, inbound discovery calls (primary)
You will take calls with founders, CTOs, and Heads of Engineering who need React talent.
- Run discovery calls, ask the right questions, take clean notes
- Qualify for fit (tech stack, seniority needs, timeline, budget)
- Explain our process and set expectations
