Humanlinks is hiring a bilingual Inbounder to join the on-site support team for areputable immigration law fi rm based in Texas.This role is fully on-site in Guadalajaraand serves as the first point of contact for clients calling from the U.S. seeking legalguidance on immigration matters.
*You will manage high-volume inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, andaccuracy—ensuring every caller receives clear information, timely follow-up, and aseamless experience before being connected to legal staff when needed.Answer inbound calls daily from U.S.based clients.Conduct initial intake: collect basic information, verify eligibility, and document callerneeds.Schedule consultations and send required forms or instructions.Provide clear, compliant responses to frequently asked questions (no legal advice).
