The Industrial Engineering Manager role involves responsible for managing a team of industrial engineers working on increasing productivity through the management of workers, methods of business organization, and technology to solve organizational, production, and related problems efficiently.
What a typical day looks like:
Development of work plans for civil works (timelines), electrical installations, and hydraulic installations.
Development of work plans for civil works, electrical installations, and hydraulic installations.
Development of capacity analysis based on an understanding of the entire PCBA/ SMT manufacturing and assembly process.
