Job Summary

:

In this role, you will implement computer hardware and provide desktop support to end users, providing support to MS Office, email and collaboration platforms. You will develop reports, dashboards, automate workflows, maintain IT asset inventory and assist with proposal, study and project plans. Your support will improve technological efficiency, contributing to the success of the project and customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Implementing computer hardware and provide desktop support to end users.

  • Supporting MS Office E-mail collaboration platforms.

  • Installing and supporting standard GBU (Business Unit) applications.

  • Assisting with implementation and provide support for IS&T products, services and/or applications to individual studios and projects
