Role Responsibilities:
Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities from concept through full production ramp‐up.
Coordinate cross‐functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Engineering) to ensure successful product launches.
Develop and validate manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions for new products.
Support pilot builds, PFMEA, control plans, and production readiness reviews.
