**Description**
* Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering (MS preferred).
* Minimum 5 years of structural design analysis with aluminum and steel structures.
* Must be a self-starter, with demonstrated autonomy, able to handle unexpected events and take advantage of opportunities to achieve results to meet and exceed expectations
* Must perform as a flexible team member and be a proficient leader and developer of technical people
* Must be able to communicate with employees at all levels in the organization
* Excellent verbal and written communications
* Root Cause Analysis
* Working knowledge of Finite Element Analysis and related software
* Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or Solidworks

* Proficient with structural design analysis programs; RISA-3D, SAP2000, STAAD…etc.
* High knowledge of US building codes and design manuals.
