Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



  • Sell Habitational, Auto, and Travel insurance policies.




  • Respond to insurance inquiries and provide excellent customer service.




  • Enter and manage client data accurately.




  • Support brokers and staff with customer service for CAA Members and customers.




  • Assist with the retention of an existing book of business.
     


  • Required:


  • A valid General Insurance License




  • Previous experience in habitational insurance




  • A positive, friendly attitude with a conscientious approach to work




  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills




  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)




  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
