Job Description
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Automation & Solution Development
- Design, build, test, and maintain automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Excel, and SharePoint
- Translate business problems and process inefficiencies into reliable, governed automation solutions
- Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define success criteria, and deliver automation solutions aligned to business needs
- Communicate solution capabilities, limitations, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Create and maintain solution documentation, training materials, and support artifacts
- Monitor production automations and troubleshoot issues to ensure long-term reliability
