Job Description

Intermediate Project Coordinator with Planview experience to support a large portfolio with one of our major insurance clients-

Location: Toronto -Hybrid (3 days in-office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Contract Duration: 18 months

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (37.5 hours/week)

Hourly Rate: 32-40/Hour

  • Department: PMO for group functions
  • Key Area: Portfolio management and annual planning
  • Skills Needed: Project management, finance, and portfolio management
  • Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Keeping portfolios up to date across seven functions
  • Reporting: Monthly reporting to support CIO and operational health status
  • High proficiency in Excel, creating pivots, and monthly status reporting
