About the role: We're looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Specialist to drive growth across our social platforms in Mexico. This role combines strategy, content creation, and campaign execution. What you'll do: Own and execute social media strategy (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.) Plan and publish daily content (feed, stories, short-form video) Create content end-to-end: shooting, editing, basic design, and copywriting Support and execute campaigns (influencers, events, pop-ups, festivals) Produce real-time content during events Track performance (reach, engagement, growth) and optimize based on data Identify trends and explore new platforms What we're looking for: ~3+ years in social media / digital marketing / content roles ~ Strong understanding of the Mexico social media landscape ~ Experience managing campaigns (not just posting) ~ Hands-on content creation skills (video, editing, copy) ~ Data-driven and organized, able to handle multiple projects ~ Strong collaboration ski...
