Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute the process of handling orders for packaging materials to supply these and additional products for our customers.
  • Provide virtual customer service in the Andean region.
  • Place and invoice customer purchase orders.
  • Track customer deliveries.
  • Actively communicate with our factories to coordinate production and on-time deliveries of orders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor studies in progress (Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, and related areas).
  • Desired skills: advanced Microsoft Excel, theoretical knowledge in logistics and supply chain, customer service, inventory management; desirable knowledge of Power BI and SAP; intermediate English; strong communication, dynamic and organizational skills.
