The Operational Excellence Co-op will support continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing processes, reducing waste, and enhancing operational efficiency.

This role provides hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and improvement methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Support the identification, analysis, and improvement of operational processes.

Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).

Collect and analyze data to identify efficiency opportunities.
