First 6 months 100% on-site (Lomas Verdes, Naucalpan & Insurgentes), then hybrid work model.

This role is key to our operations — supporting employees and clients while ensuring a warm, efficient, and professional experience. You’ll also be part of a consulting environment , which means a fast learning curve, exposure to multiple areas, and participation in strategic projects.
- 3 years of experience in HR roles (personnel administration, generalist, employee support)
- Advanced English (required)
- Basic knowledge of payroll and Mexican Labor Law (preferred)
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills
- Self-driven, proactive, analytical thinker with attention to detail
- Personnel administration and incident tracking
- Pre-payroll validation
