Job Description

Our client is seeking a Junior Human Resources Generalist to manage an HR inbox and route inquiries, recruit, do background checks and onboarding. This role is 5 days per week in office with every second Friday working from home.

Must Have:

  • 2+ years experience working in a Human Resources capacity including Coordination, Operations or Administration
  • Experience working with HRIS systems- preferably Workday
  • Experience working within SharePoint
  • Post secondary education within an HR related field

    HR administration support:

    · Manage the HR inbox and respond to Tier 1 HR inquiries and route complex questions to the appropriate team members

  • Support recruitment coordination, background checks, and onboarding process
  • Maintain employee records and HR SharePoint content with accuracy and confidentiality
