A Service Delivery Center of KPMG US, with offices in Mexico City, Guadalajara, and a growing network of remote talent across the country. We deliver high-value technology, consulting, and corporate support services to KPMG US and its clients.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Resources will be hired on training capacity for operations roles, manage day-to-day operations, product, and end-user communication, understand and trained to deliver services on a Delivery Center practice with the understanding of Service Levels, automation and productivity:
- Must be able to speak, read and write fluently in English and Spanish.
- Must be able to pass an English evaluation and score at least B2.
- Must be able to pass a technical evaluation.
