Job Description

What does an Off Trade KAE do?
As a KAE Off Trade, you play a key role in accelerating Bacardi's growth by leading strategic partnerships with wholesaler clients, strengthening customer engagement and executing world‐class commercial strategies that shape how our iconic brands live and grow in the market.
About You
You have at least 3‐5 years of experience managing Key Accounts (desirable grocery distributors) in the FMCG industry, with strong commercial and negotiation skills.
You combine analytical thinking with a results‐driven mindset and thrive in cross‐functional, high‐performance teams.
You communicate clearly, act with ownership, and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own the successful implementation of all trade activities and account management negotiations.
Handle trade investment to register, track and control all activities driven with clients.
