Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop strategic key accounts , building long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and unlock growth opportunities (cross-selling & upselling) within existing accounts, particularly across installed packaging systems.
- Lead commercial negotiations , handle objections, resolve conflicts, and ensure fulfillment of contractual agreements.
- Proactively prospect new business opportunities within target industries and markets.
