Job Description

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive solution-oriented sales to key account customers across the EMEA region

  • Conduct market analysis and define strategic targets

  • Support and collaborate with local dealers to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders at both EMEA and corporate level

  • Provide support in handling customer claims and ensuring timely resolution
  • YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree in a technical or commercial field and several years of experience as a Key Account Manager in industrial goods

  • Solid understanding of contract management and basic legal principles

  • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills

  • Comfortable working with international partners and cross-cultural teams and high level of intercultural competence, curiosity, and openness to new ideas
