Job Overview

The LATAM eCommerce Marketing Specialist is responsible for the end‑to‑end management of advertising, merchandising, and partner relationships across e‑commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Mercado Libre in two to three target countries. This is a high‑impact, tactical role focused on driving sales growth and hitting performance targets.

    • Campaign Management: Lead the execution and optimization of advertising across Amazon, Mercado Ads, and other marketplace platforms to drive incremental growth and improve efficiency.
    • Budget Allocation: Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets across multiple countries, ensuring spend aligns with seasonal peaks, product launches, and promotional priorities.
