Zeal Group is seeking a Business Development Manager for Latin America to drive growth and establish high-value partnerships within the brokerage. This role requires proactive identification and recruitment of Introducing Brokers and collaboration with Money Managers in key LATAM markets such as Chile, Brazil, and Mexico.
The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of sales experience, exceptional networking skills, and fluent Spanish or Portuguese. Strong negotiation abilities and a results-driven mindset are essential.
